Yes! The tables are finally back on the saw after being sent out to be re-planed. Both the main and auxiliary tables had dished upwards by 0.026"- not earth shattering if you are doing flat work, but it would have been enough to throw things out for veneering/resawing (which is what this machine will primarily be used for once it is all put back together.) Luckily I was able to find a place here in Houston that could plane it (as opposed to grinding it) flat. Onwards and upwards.
*Bonus! The metal planer they used to re flatten the tables is reputed to be the largest planer in the world, which I was pretty excited about. #Houston #Oliver217
